Engage Lead Management app
A streamlined way for recruitment agency users to plan, track and manage their leads collaboratively.
Our research shows that recruiters in small to medium agencies will have significantly higher chances to secure their prospective leads if they collaborate with their peers. For this to work effectively, they need to be able to consolidate their communications with the clients, talk about the progress and share relevant documents in collaborative fashion. So that they can respond in a timely manner with a much more accurate information even in the absence of the lead owner.
Currently, it is very difficult to do that because they separately interact with their clients using multiple channels i.e. text, email and phone conversation. In addition to that, documents are stored in different format and systems - as in digital or paper - independently by individuals due to either a lack of tools or ironically a myriad, but disjointed tools.
The lead management app is the answer to that problem. It allows recruiters to plan, track and manage their leads collaboratively.
After a number of iterations - hand-sketches to Whimsical, utilising our Design System currently being developed by Nass, one of my fellow designers, I developed 2 high fidelity prototypes as a proof of concept. The intention is to have them user tested to our existing clients asking for early feedback.
The UI concept is developed by borrowing the three column layout popularised by Slack. The left column serves as the navigation panel which users can move between leads, the middle panel is the main stage area where most activities take place and the right panel is to show some additional information to support the main activity i.e. showing some details of a task. To find out more, please take a look at the prototypes below:
Prototype 1
This prototype shows some basic functionalities:
How to create a lead, and invite a team member
How to drop a comments
How to create a task
How to log email or phone conversations
For those who are interested, please check some of the jobs to be done items used for creating this prototype.
This prototype shows not only how a user sends and replies emails directly from the app, but also how the thread is shared and discussed with team members.
