PO number management on placement
Background
In the world of recruitment, when a vacancy is filled meaning the worker has accepted the job and starts working, a document is produced. This document is called a placement. It normally contains basic details like the worker’s name, the agreed rates, the start and end dates, the job location, the hiring manager etc. In one of those details, there is also a purchase order number - a.k.a. PO number, a uniquely identified number generated to authorise a purchase transaction.
At Engage, we give the opportunity to our clients this ability of entering a PO number to make tracking and budget reporting easy. This prototypes below shows how to add and edit PO number on a Placement document.
